My Offerings and Rates

Work With Me!

  • I provide trauma-informed, culturally responsive, neurodivergent-affirming therapy for adults navigating anxiety, identity shifts, neurodivergence, life transitions, and the emotional weight of moving through systems that weren’t built with us in mind. My work is person-centered and relational, with a focus on integrating mind, body, and spirit in the healing process.

For clients of color, queer/trans, and neurodivergent individuals, and anyone holding marginalized identities, I name and validate the structural and environmental factors that shape our mental health. Healing isn’t just about processing the past: it’s also about understanding the larger contexts you move through and building a life that feels aligned with your nervous system, energy, and values.

In our work together, you can expect a grounding, affirming space to explore your experiences without code-switching, over-explaining, or shrinking parts of yourself. My role is to offer clarity, reflection, emotional regulation tools, and a collaborative path toward sustainable change.

I also provide therapy for couples seeking to strengthen communication, deepen connection, and navigate challenges in relationships with support that is culturally attuned, neurodivergent-informed, and trauma-aware. I work with couples across a spectrum of relationship orientations, identities, and life stages.

    Together, we’ll focus on:

    • Improving communication and conflict resolution

    • Building emotional intimacy and understanding

    • Navigating identity, neurodivergence, and cultural differences

    • Creating collaborative systems for shared decision-making

    • Strengthening resilience in the relationship while honoring individual growth

This is a safe, judgment-free space for couples to explore patterns, develop strategies, and build a deeper connection that feels authentic and sustainable.

Therapy Is a Good Fit If:

    • You want a space to explore identity, relationships, neurodivergence, or emotional patterns

    • You’re navigating anxiety, burnout, grief, or life transitions

    • You want deeper insight into yourself and what shaped you

    • You want support that acknowledges the impact of culture, identity, and the systems around you

    • You’re looking for strategies to honor both individual growth and relational health

  • My mindset coaching program is designed for individuals who want structured support in developing clarity, confidence, and forward momentum. Using a solutions-focused and resilience-building approach, I help you identify patterns holding you back, strengthen your mindset, build sustainable habits, and move toward meaningful change.

This offering is ideal for people who want a more goal-oriented, action-driven space outside of traditional therapy.

Coaching may be a good fit if:

    • You want accountability and a structured plan to build self-discipline

    • You’re a fitness or wellness-oriented person wanting to deepen your mindset mastery (gratitude, intention-setting, etc.)

    • You’re looking for guidance on creating sustainable routines without burnout

    • You’re neurodivergent and want support in building systems, habits, and self-acceptance

    • You want support that blends insight, accountability, and real-world strategy

  • I provide consulting services for businesses, organizations, non-profits, and individuals who want to create more inclusive, neurodivergent-friendly, and wellness-oriented environments. Drawing on my clinical experience, lived experience as a neurodivergent professional and parent, and expertise in culturally responsive practices, I help:

    • Build neurodivergent-affirming policies and workplace practices

    • Enhance mental health and wellness supports for staff and clients

    • Foster inclusive, culturally aware, and psychologically safe environments

    • Train teams on emotional intelligence and regulation, communication, and relational dynamics

    • Create systems that honor diversity of thought, identity, and neurotype

Rate Transparency

The rates I charge reflect the quality, culturally responsive, and specialized care I provide. They account for my formal education, lived experience, clinical expertise, ongoing training, and the operational costs of running an ethical, client-centered practice.

I also believe in expanding access to mental health services. Clients who are able to invest in my full rate help make it possible for me to offer a limited number of reduced-rate sessions for those with fewer financial resources.
