About Me

A young woman with braided hair and glasses smiling outdoors in front of green shrubbery, wearing a blue t-shirt and layered gold necklaces.

Hey, I’m Christine

I’m a Black biracial licensed clinical social worker, writer, and neurodivergent therapist offering a grounded, culturally affirming space for people who want to create meaningful change in their lives.

I support clients who are navigating anxiety, identity shifts, neurodivergence, and the complex emotional terrain of being a person of color or other marginalized identity in today’s world, especially those who’ve struggled to feel seen or understood in traditional therapy settings.

My approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, identity-affirming, and rooted in the belief that therapy works best when you’re allowed to show up as your full self. No judgment. No code-switching. No having to over-explain your lived experience.

As a late-diagnosed autistic clinician and a mom to an autistic child, I bring both lived and clinical experience to the work I do. I’ve been in practice since 2021 and have completed training as an ADHD Clinical Services Provider and am currently training toward autism specialization.

My clients value that I understand neurodivergence from the inside out—not as something to “fix,” but as a framework for understanding the nervous system, identity, behavior, and how we move through the world.

I work from a person-centered, relational style that honors mind, body, and spirit. I integrate somatic awareness, mindfulness, and a social-justice lens to help you build clarity, capacity, and inner steadiness.

My goal is to create a space that feels grounding, spacious, collaborative, and deeply validating. Therapy with me is a place where you don’t have to shrink, soften, or translate yourself.

I’m a good fit for clients who are reflective, growth-oriented, and ready to invest in long-term change. Many of my clients are high achievers, creatives, entrepreneurs, helping professionals, or folks navigating multiple identities who are looking for a therapist who “gets it” on a cultural, emotional, or spiritual level.

You don’t need to have everything figured out: just a willingness to explore your inner world with curiosity.
