About Me
Hey, I’m Christine
I'm a Black biracial licensed clinical social worker working as both a therapist and a coach, for people who are ready to build something different in their lives, not just survive the current version of it.
Most of my clients are already doing the work. They're high achievers, creatives, entrepreneurs, helping professionals, or people navigating multiple identities who've outgrown where they started and want someone who can meet them at the next stage: sharper self-trust, clearer direction, and more capacity to actually use what they already know.
My approach is direct, collaborative, and rooted in real conversation, not a performance of therapy or coaching. I integrate solutions-focused work, mindset shifts, somatic awareness, and a culturally grounded lens. Part of that comes from my own experience as a late-diagnosed autistic clinician and a mom to an autistic child, which shapes how I work with every client, not just the neurodivergent ones. I understand how different minds process, decide, and move through the world, and I bring that understanding into the room regardless of who's sitting in it.
I've been in practice since 2021, trained as an ADHD Clinical Services Provider, and I'm continuing my training toward autism specialization.
I'm a good fit for clients who are reflective, forward-moving, and ready to invest in change. If you're in the middle of an acute crisis, I'll help point you toward the right level of care instead.
I work virtually with therapy clients in California, Maine, and Massachusetts. Coaching isn't bound by the same licensure rules as therapy, so I take on coaching clients anywhere.
If it feels like a fit, let's talk.

Consent, collaboration, and therapeutic transparency
I am currently practicing virtually, which allows me to serve anyone who is a resident in California, Maine, and Massachusetts. Sessions are held via zoom, allowing you to access quality mental healthcare from the comfort and safety of your own home.
I believe therapy should feel like a supportive partnership, not a performance. If you’re looking for a space where you can be honest, held, challenged, and understood, I’d love to connect.
If it feels like a good fit, I welcome you to reach out and start that conversation.
